* Web sites include 500 MB bandwidth/month, basic count reporters,
access to .CGI scripts and updating of web sites using FTP.
Telnet access is available to clients for an additional $5.00 per month.
** Domain Hosting includes email handling for your domain. We have a
number of
interesting things we can do with domains, including pointing them
at third-party
servers. Web-sites in the form of YOURNAME.LWEB.NET are exempt
from the
domain hosting charge.
*** Server Park includes first GB of network traffic in either direction.
Max in either direction is only count used.
**** A Web Presence is a one-page, brochure-type site, designed to give
small and micro businesses a low-cost means of exposure on the Web.
A Web Presence includes 1 MB disk space and 150 MBs bandwidth.
***** The Mailing List set-up fee includes customized configuration
of your mailing list
and training of your List Manager in how to administer the list. This
is a one-time fee only.
There are no ongoing fees associated with major-domo mailing
lists for LWEB business clients.
Secondary mailing lists (for clients already trained in list management)
can be set-up for the configuration-only fee of $50.
1. Business accounts are invoiced 30 days in advance of service. Payment is due in full 30 days from the date of invoice.
2. Clients requiring 45 day billing terms must request this in writing from London Webmasters' billing department, either by email to billing@lweb.net, fax to 858-9024 or mail to 383 Richmond Street, Suite 914., London, N6A 3C4. Clients on 45 day billing terms are invoiced 45 days in advance of service.
3. Payment must reach London Webmasters by the due date shown on the invoice. Payments will be credited to the account on the date of their receipt by London Webmasters.
4. Late payment charges of 2% per month, compounded monthly (26.82% per annum), will be applied to overdue balances.
5. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual rates apply only to accounts which are paid in full and on time. Clients requesting quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing whose payment does not reach London Webmasters by the due date shown on the invoice will be re-invoiced at monthly rates.
6. Disk usage, bandwidth and online time are evaluated monthly, and upgrade invoices will be issued if necessary.
7. Cheques returned to London Webmasters due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 administration charge.
8. London Webmasters may suspend services to any client whose account is in arrears.
9. Termination of accounts does not remove a client's obligation to pay for services rendered.
10. Services may be cancelled before the beginning of the next billing period by notifying London Webmasters in writing via email to billing@lweb.net, fax to 858-9024 or mail to 383 Richmond Street, Suite 914, London ON, N6A 3C4. Clients remain responsible for payment of their account until such time as London Webmasters' billing department receives cancellation notice in writing.
11. All dedicated connections require a minimum 6 month contract.
12. Business accounts support multiple simultaneous logins.
13. Additional Email accounts are available for $2.00 per month per account.
14. One Email alias (an additional name, pointing at your email address) will be added at no additional charge at the time of account creation. Additional aliases may be added for a one time fee of $10. Domain hosting accounts include a reasonable number of aliases but London Webmasters reserves the right to charge additional service fees for large numbers of changes.
